Why we exist

Founders were paying twice.

Mariia started Funky Rabbit in 2023 because the agency model she had worked inside kept selling brand systems nobody could ship, beautiful keynote files that fell apart the moment a developer touched them. Founders paid once for the brand, then again to make it actually work in the product.

So she made a different thing. A design studio that takes the identity through the interface and hands off files built to be implemented. No handoffs between departments. No “design over the wall to the dev team”.

What we believe: a brand isn’t a logo file. It’s how a product feels in the user’s hand and how it sounds when a customer describes it to a friend. Get those two right and the rest is decoration.

Three years in, the model holds: fixed scope, published prices, and the founder of the studio on every call. It scales slower than an agency. It is also why the work ships.

How an engagement runs

Four phases. One number.

01

Discovery

A 30-minute scope call, then the questions founders find annoying: who buys, why they leave, what “done” looks like. We do not start until both of us can write the success criterion in one sentence.

02

Direction

Two routes, not eight: each taken far enough that you are choosing between real options, not mood boards.

03

System

The chosen route becomes a system: identity, components, screens, states: built in Figma the way your developers will build it in code.

04

Rollout

A documented handoff: auto-layout, variables, named components, every state. Working files your developers can build from on day one.

Fixed scope only stays honest with kill-switches, written moments in the SOW where either side can stop, and what is owed if they do. Timelines and prices per discipline are on the pricing page; the kill-switches are described in full in how we run a fixed-scope engagement.

How we work

Five things we don’t bend on.

01

Founder-led. Founder in the room.

Mariia is in every meeting that shapes the work and signs off every revision. No project manager translating your idea into a brief and your feedback into a Jira ticket.

02

Files your developers can build from.

Brand and interface are designed as one system and handed off with tokens, components and states, no “design over the wall to dev”. The Figma file matches what the user will actually see.

03

Fixed scope. Fixed price.

Engagements have a beginning, a middle, and an end, written down before we start. No hourly retainers, no surprise invoices, no scope creep.

04

We say no to vague briefs.

If you can’t tell us what success looks like, we’ll spend the first hour helping you find it, but we won’t take the project until we both can.

05

Prices are public.

Every range is on the pricing page, the same numbers for every visitor. A studio that cannot say what it costs without a discovery call is pricing what it thinks you can pay.

Who we work with

SaaS founders, mostly.

Founders and product teams building SaaS, usually somewhere between first customers and Series A, when the product has outgrown its launch brand or its first UI. Some come for one discipline, some for a full rebrand; the pricing page lists both.

We work remotely, in English, with founders in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and across Western Europe.

What we don’t do: copywriting, SEO strategy, development. When a project needs them we say so on the scope call rather than pretending.

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Who will actually do the work?

Mariia leads every engagement: she sets the direction, makes the design calls and signs off everything that ships. There is no account manager and no white-label partner between you and her.

What don’t you do?

Copywriting, SEO strategy and development of any kind. We design the front of the product: identity, interface, marketing site, and hand it to your developers. If your project needs the rest, we say so on the scope call.

Can I hire you for just one thing, a logo, or only the UI?

Yes. Each discipline on the pricing page is a standalone engagement with its own range: visual identity, UI/UX, web, mobile, motion. Multi-discipline programmes like a SaaS rebrand exist because most founders end up needing two or three at once, not because we require it.

Do you build the site, or only design it?

Design only. Marketing sites and product UI are designed in Figma and handed off with tokens, components and documented states, so your developers or your Webflow builder can implement them without guessing.

How can I check you’re real?

Two verified reviews on Clutch, a Top-Rated Upwork profile with a 100% Job Success score across seven jobs, 161K appreciations on Dribbble, and four case studies that show process, not just results. The testimonials page quotes clients by name.

So: say hi.

30-min discovery call. No pitch, no slides: just a clear read on whether we’re a fit for what you’re building.
