Funky Rabbit is a product and brand design practice founded and run by Mariia Reznichenko. Below: what it designs, what it costs, how long it takes and how a project starts. Every number on this page is the one published elsewhere on the site.

What is Funky Rabbit?

Funky Rabbit is a product and brand design practice founded and run by Mariia Reznichenko. It designs brand identities, product interfaces, websites and mobile apps for B2B SaaS founders and small ecommerce teams, on fixed scope with the prices published.

It sells design only. The build is done by your developers, or by the Webflow partner you already work with, from files made to be built.

Who is Mariia Reznichenko?

The founder and lead designer of Funky Rabbit. She has been designing since 2012 and founded the practice in 2023, and has shaped brand identities and product experiences for founders across legal-tech, beauty, SaaS and mobile. She sets the direction of every engagement, makes the design calls and signs off everything that ships.

Freelancer or agency?

Funky Rabbit is Mariia Reznichenko’s design practice. She is the founder and the person you work with: no account manager, no handoff, no junior doing the work after the senior took the call.

From an agency it takes the parts a founder needs to sign off a budget: a written scope, a fixed fee, published prices, a timeline built from named phases, and kill-switches in the contract. What it leaves out is the layer between you and the designer, which is where agency projects slow down and get expensive.

What does Funky Rabbit design?

Five disciplines, each sold on its own or combined: Visual Identity (logo, brand system, guidelines), UI/UX Design (product interfaces, user flows, design systems), Web Design (marketing sites and landing pages), Mobile App Design (iOS and Android) and Motion Design (brand motion and interface animation). Larger programmes, like a SaaS rebrand, combine several of them under one scope.

Do you build the site, or only design it?

Only design it. Marketing sites and product UI are designed in Figma and handed off with tokens, components, variables and documented states, so your developers or your Webflow builder can implement them without guessing. Every handoff ends with a walkthrough call.

How much does it cost?

Every range is published, in USD, as a fixed fee per project: Visual Identity $2.5k-$9k, UI/UX Design $2k-$15k, Web Design $2.5k-$12k, Mobile App Design $5k-$20k, Motion Design $800-$6k, SaaS Rebrand $12k-$25k, Enterprise / Multi-Surface $25k+. The low end of each range is a number quoted regularly; the high end is the largest engagement in that discipline in the past 12 months.

Why publish prices?

Because a founder should be able to tell whether a project fits the budget before booking a call. The numbers are the same for every visitor. A studio that cannot say what it costs without a discovery call is pricing what it thinks you can pay.

How long does a project take?

Visual Identity: 2-3 weeks focused, 5 weeks standard, 6-8 weeks with applications and rollout. UI/UX Design: 4-5 weeks. Web Design: 4 weeks for a 5-template site, 6-8 weeks for 10+ templates. Mobile App Design: 4-5 weeks. SaaS Rebrand: 7 weeks, 6 on a single product line. Enterprise / Multi-Surface: 12-16 weeks. Each figure is the sum of the phases published on that service’s own page.

How does a project start?

With a free 15-minute Loom audit of your landing page and brand, no call required, or a 30-minute scope call. Every engagement then opens with a Discovery phase of 3 to 7 days that ends in a written brief. If after Discovery we are not aligned, you can walk away with 50% of the deposit refunded.

How do payments work?

50% to kick off and 50% on delivery. Engagements over $10k split into thirds across kickoff, midpoint and handover. Invoiced in USD via Wise or Stripe; a quote in EUR or GBP is available at the spot rate on signing day.

What happens if the scope changes, or the project goes wrong?

Every statement of work lists what is in and what is out. A request outside scope gets a one-paragraph change order with a fixed fee, and you decide whether to add it. Kill-switches are written into the contract: points where either side can stop, and what is owed if they do.

Where is Funky Rabbit based, and who does it work with?

Remote, in English, on CET. Clients are SaaS founders and product teams in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and across Western Europe; live calls are scheduled in your time zone.

What doesn’t Funky Rabbit do?

Copywriting, SEO strategy and development of any kind, front-end included. If your project needs them, that comes up on the scope call, not on the invoice.
